Design = Communication
- Most important part of your time spent as a designer should be spent on communication.
- Communication with client + with project team + with project manager + client’s client = Successful Design.
- You don’t have to win design contest to make successful design. You just have to make a functional design.

Yes, totally agreed upon what you say.
The major factor for communicating is to understand the objective + scope of the project, which means to understand the total requirements about the project.

Yes, asking questions about the topic related issues more openly would help to increase the creativity for the functional design and the development which would also help in translating the criticism and complaints into the productive result focused towards the outcome.
